Enterprises Enhanced by VET Forums

This series of forums was conducted around Australia during August 2008. The Enterprises Enhanced by VET Forums gave training providers (RTOs) and practitioners an opportunity to discover strategies to assist enterprises to diagnose, predict and tailor training to fit their workforce development needs. Participants also explored and shared strategies for developing new skills and capabilities for working with enterprises.

The forums were of high value to people with responsibility for improving their training organisations' structures, cultures and processes or for building the capabilities of training organisation staff.

A set of resources, based on the forums is now available. It includes a background paper on the forums, a paper on using 'Most Significant Change' (MSC) technique, models of provider-enterprise relationships, and 22 stories from RTOs presented at the forums.
